Nutrition Support Program (Free Roti Project)
The Free Roti Project under Saiban Kisan Society's Nutrition Support Program is a pivotal initiative aimed at addressing the critical nutritional needs of underprivileged families who face significant challenges in securing daily meals. This project targets vulnerable communities, ensuring access to freshly prepared rotis (bread) every day throughout the year, providing a reliable source of sustenance for those struggling with poverty and food insecurity. By alleviating hunger, the program not only improves the immediate health and well-being of individuals but also empowers families to redirect their limited resources toward other essential needs, such as healthcare, education, and livelihood opportunities. The initiative plays a transformative role in enhancing food security while fostering a sense of dignity and support among the beneficiaries. Implemented in Sindh, the Free Roti Project is operational on a daily basis and demonstrates Saiban Kisan Society's unwavering commitment to combating hunger and uplifting marginalized communities. This impactful program serves as a lifeline for more than 200 families, ensuring no one goes to bed hungry and paving the way for a healthier and more equitable society.
